What is the returns policy for Asili Designs?

RETURNS 

Our refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged. For full information, please see our Refunds and Cancellation Policy here.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please inform Asili Designs straight away by sending an e-mail (preferably with photos) to: chris@asilidesigns.co.uk. We will then investigate the matter and if possible, offer a full refund/exchange. Return shipping costs will be covered by Asili Designs in this instance.
Can I cancel my order once I have received confirmation?

Yes, as long as you cancel the order before the product has been shipped. If the product has been shipped, then you must wait until you receive the product before following our normal returns policy.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. Our online payment system is managed by Stripe.

What is the expected delivery time of my product?

For UK customers, our default shipping option is UPS Standard, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days. Please allow longer for any international deliveries.

Can you ship your products to any country around the world?

Yes, we are currently working to integrate shipping to all over the world.

Are the products from Asili Designs sourced ethically? 

Of course! Asili Designs has also gone to great lengths to ensure that all of the animal-related products on display are authorised by government regulations and that our suppliers have possession of valid permits. No animal is killed for the purpose of our products, but our merely by-products of government culling schemes. My product arrived and looks slightly different to the photo. Is this normal? 

We are proud that our products are all natural and as such, all have natural variation in colours and shape. In addition, as many of our products are sourced from animals having lived and fought in the bush, there may also be small imperfections but we have gone out of our way to ensure that our materials are the best that can be had. Rest assured your product will look very similar to the photo online.
